Unique to “The Boat”

A hot, carved buffet for groups of 15 or more people

Arrive to tables laid with a tapas style selection of bread, dipping oils, king prawns, olives etc. to enjoy while your guests arrive at their leisure.

The party table will be presented at your signal; a choice of roast rib of beef or leg of pork or free range black turkey  will be the centrepiece. A joint of boiled ham, or baked gammon and fresh poached salmon supremes with mixed pepper salsa will also be served centre table.
To add to all of this, choose two meat casseroles & one fish dish from this selection :-

• Moroccan lamb casserole apricots,tomato & corriander
• Pork  medallions with wild mushroom and brandy cream sauce 
• Chicken with tarragon and mushroom sauce
• Beef bourguignon, red wine, lardons, sweet little onions
• Fillets of hake with a sauté of olives, tomatoes, garlic & herbs
• Seafood medley served on linguine with dill cream sauce
• Green thai fish curry

To accompany all of the above, help yourself to roast new potatoes, rice, vegetables and a variety of salad
The main course will be cleared away only when you are replete

You are left to dig into the pudding course 
Chocolate Gateaux , vanilla & black cherry roulade, hot bread & butter pudding & warm chocolate tart with jugs of cream
Also a cheese board, grapes & celery and a bowl of fresh fruit
