Gary has been our Head Chef at The Boat since July 2002, having previously been Sous Chef at Swinfen Hall for 3 years. Prior to moving up to the West Midlands in 1997 he was Head Chef for 3 years at Little Thakham country House Hotel in Storrington West Sussex (which has now been brought as a private house) and before that Sous Chef at The Powdermills Hotel in Battle Nr Hastings East Sussex. He is married to Fiona and they have 2 boys aged 10 and 6
