Trevor
Trevor has been Second Chef at The Boat since the beginning of 2008.
I trained at Hollings College, Manchester while working for I.C.I. I then worked at various defence establishments as Head Chef and later Restaurant Manager. Next I bought a Pub which I sold 4 Years ago, I thought I had escaped the kitchen after a few months I was drawn back 2 days a week which soon became full time.
Two years ago the owner of the pub sold up and bought a new one near Buxton which I moved to and ran with Amie.
